Sales Terms
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Purpose
These Sales Terms define the conditions under which users may purchase and use credits on the GradeX service, available at gradex.cards.
GradeX is an application that allows users to generate AI-assisted visual condition reports from photos of Pokémon cards provided by the user.
These Sales Terms apply to any purchase of credits made on GradeX by a user.
2. Seller
The GradeX service is published by:
Maxime Gadras, sole trader operating under the trade name GradeX.
- Address: 6 chemin des Cuettes, 13260 Cassis, France
- SIRET: 834 322 679 00020
- Intra-community VAT number: FR31834322679
- Contact email: contact@gradex.cards
3. Description of the service sold
GradeX allows users to purchase credits. Credits may be used to launch or generate AI-assisted visual condition reports for Pokémon cards.
Unless otherwise stated on the website, one report consumes one credit.
Each report is generated from the photos provided by the user. GradeX does not physically inspect the card.
GradeX is not an official grading service, authentication service, physical inspection service or valuation service.
Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are based on the photos submitted by the user.
4. Credit packs and prices
The available credit packs are displayed on the website, in particular on the credits page.
As of the last updated date of these Sales Terms, the available packs are:
- Starter: 10 credits for €9 including VAT;
- Seller: 30 credits for €19 including VAT;
- Expert: 80 credits for €39 including VAT.
Prices are indicated in euros, including all applicable taxes, when the user is a consumer.
GradeX reserves the right to change prices or available packs at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order and confirmed before payment.
5. Order
To purchase credits, the user must have a GradeX account.
The user selects a credit pack and is then redirected to the secure payment interface.
Before confirming payment, the user must check the selected pack, price and information displayed.
The order is considered final once the payment has been accepted by the payment provider.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. GradeX does not store the user’s full payment card numbers.
Payment is due immediately at the time of the order.
In case of payment refusal, transaction failure or suspicion of fraud, the order may be cancelled and credits will not be added to the user account.
7. Delivery of credits
After successful payment confirmation, credits are added to the user account balance.
Adding credits may require a short technical delay related to payment processing and confirmation by Stripe.
If credits do not appear on the account despite a confirmed payment, the user may contact GradeX at:
contact@gradex.cardsGradeX will verify the transaction and, if the payment is confirmed, adjust the credit balance accordingly.
8. Use and consumption of credits
Credits are associated with the user account that purchased them. Credits are not transferable to another account unless expressly agreed by GradeX.
A credit is consumed when it is used to launch or generate a report, according to the operation of the service.
The user understands that the quality of the report directly depends on the quality, clarity, accuracy and completeness of the photos provided.
Disagreement with the analysis result, visual assessment, estimated condition or observations generated by GradeX does not entitle the user to a refund of the consumed credit.
9. Credit validity
Purchased credits do not expire as long as the user account exists, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or unless the service evolves with prior notice to the user.
If the account is deleted at the user’s request, remaining credits may be lost, unless an eligible refund request is made in accordance with these Sales Terms.
10. Free signup credit
GradeX may offer one or more credits to certain users, including upon signup.
Free credits are provided at no cost and are not refundable.
GradeX may modify, suspend or remove any free credit offer at any time, without affecting credits already granted.
11. Technical analysis failure
If an analysis fails due to a proven technical bug attributable to the GradeX service and no usable report is generated, GradeX may, after verification, restore the credit to the user account or offer another appropriate solution.
This does not apply when the failure or unsatisfactory result is due in particular to:
- blurry, incomplete, incorrect or unusable photos;
- photos that do not correspond to the relevant card;
- misuse of the service;
- disagreement with the AI-generated assessment;
- a different interpretation by a buyer, seller, collector or grading company.
The user may report a technical issue at:
contact@gradex.cards12. Right of withdrawal
When the user is a consumer, they generally have a period of 14 days from the purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, the user may contact GradeX at:
contact@gradex.cardsThe request must clearly state the intention to withdraw and allow the relevant order to be identified.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, GradeX will refund purchased credits that have not been used. Credits already consumed to launch or generate a report are not refundable, except in the case of a proven technical bug attributable to the GradeX service that prevented the generation of a usable report.
When required by applicable regulations, GradeX will provide users with an online feature allowing them to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Refund processing may take some time depending on the payment provider and the user’s bank.
Any costs independent from GradeX, such as certain banking fees or payment method fees, may not be refunded when they cannot be recovered by GradeX.
No refund is due when the user is simply dissatisfied with the visual assessment or generated result, provided that the report was delivered and the service operated normally.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a credit pack does not create a subscription, automatic renewal or recurring payment.
